Our pet and house care services cover a variety of different needs! We've collected answers to some of the questions we hear most often. Have other questions? Be sure to contact us!
Can you provide me with references and are you bonded and insured?
Yes! We are bonded and insured and would be happy to provide you with references upon request.
Are you available every day of the year?
No. We need time off too! We do not see pets in the evening on Christmas Eve or any time on Christmas Day. We may be away for sporadic vacations throughout the year. We start booking 3 months in advance. Many dates fill up quickly, and we will turn away jobs when we reach our limit.
Can my pet stay with you?
At this time we are not able to care for dogs or cats in our home. We can provide overnight stays in your home, however these book very quickly! We only provide overnight stays with dogs. We do care for small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, etc.) in our home. We offer both short-term and long-term options. Please see Small Animal Care for more information.
My pet needs medicine. Can you help with their doses?
Yes! We have experience administering oral medications and insulin injections. We have also administered ear and eye creams or drops. We do NOT administer Subcutaneous (SQ) fluids.
What's the best way to pay and what are your additional fees?
We accept checks, cash, and Venmo. Most clients pay upon their return. We only charge for the days we come and do not charge a cancellation fee. We only require a deposit for long-term small animal care in our home. Holidays are always the same price. We do not charge extra per pet or for pets on medication.

All of our main prices are listed under our services. The only additional fees are for services not listed, which would be discussed at the time of booking. These might include things like a prolonged visit fee (for a pet that requires a longer visit time due to medication) or a cleaning fee (if abnormal pet messes take place).
